The Discovery Spearfishing Charter is designed for certified divers who want to get into Gulf Coast spearfishing the right way. This is a private, controlled trip focused on safety, learning, fish identification, hunting strategy, and building real spearfishing confidence.

This is not a cattle-boat dive trip. You will be on a private boat with a fish-focused operation built around commercial spearfishing experience and local Gulf knowledge.

Each diver is accompanied by a seasoned spearfishing guide. 

• Certified divers who are newer to spearfishing
• Divers who want private guidance instead of a crowded dive boat
• Small groups wanting a controlled introduction to Gulf spearfishing
• Divers who want to understand fish behavior, shot placement, bottom structure, and safe hunting habits

We offer a wide range of high-quality scuba and free diving gear, including wetsuits, fins, masks, and more. Our gear is designed to help you explore the underwater world safely and comfortably.

• Additional Divers: By approval only, based on boat space, experience level, and safety.

• Open Water certification required
• Nitrox certification recommended
• Recent dive experience 
• All divers must be physically fit to dive
• Dive medical clearance may be required
• All divers must follow captain and crew safety instructions
• No alcohol or drugs before or during the trip

Gulf Coast visibility can change quickly. Some days are clear and productive, and some days are not. We plan trips around the best available weather, water, and safety window, but visibility and fish harvest are never guaranteed.
